You will be asked your name, e-mail address, and 2 questions. Click the GET LINK NOW! button. You will be sent an email that contains the link to download the software. If the link doesn't work you may need to cut and paste it into your browser. This is a common issue for AOL users.

What is your process schedule?

Order cutoff time is 12:00 PM (NOON) Pacific Time for projected ship dates.
Orders processed when received, add 1 day for orders sent after Noon (PT).

We will be closed for shipping and manufacturing to observe the following U.S. Holidays: (Manufacturing and/or shipping time skips closed days and counts from resume date).

Thanksgiving: Closed November 22nd & 23rd, and resume November 26th.
Jobs normally scheduled to ship the 22nd & 23rd will ship November 26th

Christmas: We will be closed December 25th and resume December 26th.
Jobs normally scheduled to ship the 25th will ship December 26th

New Year's 2008: We will be closed January 1, 2008 and resume January 2nd.

How do you get my files?
Once your order is placed your files will automatically be transferred to our server for manufacturing. If you are behind a firewall, you will need to email your files to: sales@pcb123.com

Did you receive my files or order form?
We will send you a confirmation by e-mail indicating your order and files have been received. If you are concerned that we may have not received your files, you may attach them to your order conformation and return them to sales@pcb123.com

How will I know my order is being processed?
You may go to "PCB123| My Account" in the software. Select the "History" tab to get the status of all of your orders. When an order is placed, it automatically starts out as 'pending'. Once it is processed and building, the status is changed to 'processing'. Once the order has shipped the status is changed to 'shipped'. If your status is 'holding', there is a problem with the order and we will get in touch with you to resolve the problem.

How to check the status of your order:
From the main page of the web site go to User Area| Order Status.

From the software go to PCB123| My Account| select the history button. This will show you an order history.

What payment options are acceptable?
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card.
All payments are made by credit card which are processed through an online e-commerce company using secure encryption.

You will be directed via a secure socket to the credit processing site AFTER you have entered all of the order information. Please make sure your browser is set with "cookies enabled" otherwise the credit card will not be processed and your order will not reach us. We do not store your credit card number.

We will ship anywhere in the world, we have shipped to countries such as: Belgium, Canada, UK, Singapore, Netherlands, Malaysia etc.

You will receive an e-mail notice from UPS when your order ships. This email is sent from the Portland depot as your package is checked through. It is common for this to be later in the evening.

What is your upgrade policy?
We offer free upgrades as needed.

PCB123 V2 was released April 1, 2004, and is upgraded frequently. This new software has been rewritten from the ground up. Version 2 is different from Version 1 in many ways. At this time you may not load a version 1 file into version 2 software. You may however continue to use the version 1 software for those existing designs, and design any new boards in the V2 software. Both applications can reside on your computer at the same time.


What laminate thicknesses do I have to choose from?
For 2 layer boards we offer a choice of .031 or .062 laminate thickness. If you choose the .031 material it is started on .5 ounce material only.

Can I order 2-oz copper instead of standard .5-oz?
Our standard starting copper weight is .5 ounce. 2 ounce material is available with the 2 layer soldermask and silk-screened nomenclature option. Please remember to add .5 ounce for the finished copper weight.

Can I order 2-oz copper and .031 Laminate?
You may have 2 ounce copper with .062 laminate OR .5 ounce copper with .031 laminate. You may not have both.

What is the thickness between layers of the MLB boards?

NOTE: 1/2 ounce foil is .0007 nominal thickness.

What is the panel size limit?
Your design is setup on a panel with other customers orders to run in the process batch. The largest board size allowed is 14 X 18.

Can I have surface mounts?
Surface mounts are not a problem for PCB123™. There is no added cost to process.



Can I have text without silk-screen?
Yes,
Any text on the TOP or BOT layer will be etched in copper. Many designers use this technique when they feel silkscreen and soldermask are not necessary. Keep in mind the minimum trace width is .007 or it may not appear on the board once etched.

Will you fab (cut/route) my panelized boards?
We do offer the precise routing feature on our PCB123™ services, routed to most any board perimeter shape, limited to 1 pass with a router bit (No internal cutouts). We can do slots as long as they are part of the contiguous board outline; however they must be at least 100Mils in width.

We will only cut out the main panel and will not cut smaller boards from the panel. You will need to submit each smaller board as its own design, or cut them apart yourself. We do not do internal cutouts or tab routing.

What about v-score, tab routing or slots?
At this time we do not do V-score or tab routing. We can do slots as long as they are part of the contiguous board outline; however they must be at least 100Mils in width. V-Score and tab routing is an available option with production orders. Please contact us for more information.
